The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra will perform “Bond and Beyond” — a spy-themed program featuring a variety of James Bond themes in addition to classic songs from other spy films — March 16–17, 2012, at 8:00 p.m., in Atlanta Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center.
This concert replaces the previously scheduled Marvin Hamlisch program, as Mr. Hamlisch is unable to travel due to illness.
Principal Pops Conductor Michael Krajewski will lead the Orchestra in a variety of James Bond movie
themes, including “From Russia with Love,” “You Only Live Twice,” and “Goldfinger.” The program will also include other spy movie favorites, such as “Sooner or Later” from Dick Tracy, the “Inspector Clouseau Theme” from The Pink Panther, and “Soul Bossa Nova” from the Austin Powers films.
Broadway vocalist and Tony Award-winner Debbie Gravitte will join the Orchestra for many of the
evening’s musical selections.
The James Bond-themed program celebrates the 50th anniversary of the first James Bond movie, “Dr. No,” which was released in 1962.
Single tickets for these performances are $25 to $64. All single tickets for the 2011–2012 season are

also be purchased at the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office, located in the Woodruff Arts Center at 15th and Peachtree Streets. Box office hours are Monday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
