The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center has announced its 2023-24 season, which celebrates the passing of the artistic torch and the theme of Legacy, with the final farewell concerts of two esteemed American string quartets, both with long histories at CMS.

The first ever VIRTUAL TD JazzYYC International Jazz Days Festival running online only starts International Jazz Day, April 30, and runs until May 27, 2020. This new Festival is in partnership with Jazz Home Delivery.

A world premiere performance of Julian Lampert's 'Quintet for Flute and String Quartet' is featured during Cape Cod Chamber Music Festival's (CCCMF) 38th season during Borromeo and the Ancient Flute, on Tuesday, August 15, 7:30 pm at Cotuit Center for the Arts, 4404 Falmouth Road, Cotuit.

The Classical Recording Foundation (CRF) has announced the 2012 winners of its eleventh annual Classical Recording Foundation Awards.

Professor Margery Deutsch celebrates 28 years as the UWM Peck School of the Arts Director of Orchestras with a final concert conducting the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (UWM) Symphony Orchestra concert on Friday, April 27 at 7:30pm in the Helen Bader Concert Hall. The concert will feature 2012 Concerto & Aria Competition winners Johanna Schilling, piano and Orlando Pimentel, clarinet. The duo of Flute Sweet & Tickletoon (Barbara Siesel and Keith Torgan) will perform Green Golly & Her Golden Flute, for ages 4 - 10, on four Sundays in May: May 9, 16, 23, and 30 at 11:00 a.m. at the T Salon in Chelsea Market, 459 W. 15th St., NYC. Green Golly & Her Golden Flute introduces children to the magic of classical music via a humorous and lighthearted embellishment of the traditional tale of Rapunzel. These shows also celebrate the May 11 release of the newly remastered version of Flute Sweet & Tickletoon's Green Golly & Her Golden Flute CD.
